The Higher Education Commission (HEC) and SAMAA Television signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Wednesday for launching an educational program entitled “Cultivating Hope”, which aims to empower youth in creating, debating and finding solutions to the increasing extremism in Pakistan.
