Developed the concept and feasibility of the project of MobileSync Pakistan
Hired and managing the core team for the project including technical, marketing and operations.
Successfully negotiated a JV with the largest media group in Pakistan for the project.
Developed two new revenue streams for the media group as a joint venture partner estimating to Rs. 850 million in 5 years.
Conceived and developed interactive solutions for television and radio companies through SMS2TV and MMS2TV.
